QuestionThe big question - is the motion (particularly panning shots) handled very smoothly? I have a LED Samsung 46" and it has that problem.

- Answer Samsung states this tv has a Motion Rate of 120 which simply put means this TV has a Native panel refresh rate of 60hz with motion compensation (also known as the soap opera effect). While this set, or any others with a similar spec will handle motion fairly well, those with motion sensitivity should look for a set that has 120Hz Native refresh rate. In Samsung terminology this refers to TV's with a Motion Rate 240 or 240 Supreme. I hope this helps!

- Answer Hi there, watson90210. That is a very interesting question. This TV actually comes with a universal remote which show the keyboard on the screen and has a point and click type input. This TV does additionally come with a web browser along with other apps available through the apps store available through the Smart TV hub.

- Answer The sound is OK but if you want a big, cinematic sound, you'll have to get a speaker system. While the sound is technically stereo, you will hear it as mono from any reasonable viewing distance. That said, the sound is not "tinny", but is a decent midrange (say 300hz-8000hz).

- Answer "Open box" means it was opened and returned because someone didn't need it or didn't like it. Best Buy checks the TV upon return and makes sure the TV works before accepting it to be returned. Yes it still comes with a warranty and yes it can be returned. Look at Best Buy's return policy for more details.
