Yes. The TV includes "Smart View 2.0" for using a smartphone app to control the TV. Standard remote control is included, if you buy a smart remote be sure to buy Samsung brand Smart Remote Control (TM1650A). More about Smart View: http://www.samsung.com/us/apps/smart-view-2/
