“Under the specifications (here on Best Buy), why does it say "not available" for parts or labor warranty? Is there no manufacturers warranty on this tv?”

There is indeed a warranty. Most likely the BestBuy web staff has to input so many details about each item on the website, that it some specifications are simply overlooked and not input. Samsung warranties all their products. Probably better details at Samsung.com.
