“Anyone else having sound problems? We've had this TV for 7 months and sometimes when we turn on the TV in the morning there is no sound. We have DISH, but if we change to Antenna there is sound. This morning the sound was garbled, but not when we switched to antenna. We've replaced the DISH receiver. The Geek Squad has been out 3 or 4 times to work on the problem. We are tired of unplugging everything to get the sound working. We've even unhooked our sound bar trying to see if this helps. We are at the point at giving up and getting another TV. Anyone else having this problem? Ideas?”

I have issues with the sound bar cutting out here and there for split seconds. Its annoying but I guess not as bad as what you are getting. I'm wondering if its the one connect box. I'm not a big fan of multiple connections to go to one place, ie, sound bar to one connect to tv instead of sound bar to tv.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This could be caused by several reasons. The only way that it could be the TV at fault is if you are using the TV's built in speaker. You mentioned you had a soundbar. If you have a soundbar with HDMI inputs than the TV should never be before the soundbar in the chain, the TV should always be last in the chain. If you have a soundbar using optical inputs than the TV shouldn't even be involved as it should go from the DISH receiver into the soundbar without at all going into the soundbar.
