• A:Answer The TV defaults to its ECO mode which adjusts the picture based on room light levels. Turn it off in by going into the Menu > System > Eco Solution.

Q: QuestionGhosting and the refresh rate 60hz/120motionflow?so far so good with this tv, the sports look amazing but when I watch some shows, the dark scenes there seems to be some ghosting aspect. it says the refresh rate is 120 motion flow/ 60 hz. which means the refresh rate is 60hz and you have to do something in the settings to get the 120 motion flow which can lead to the soap opera effect. how can I fix this ghosting issue.

Q: QuestionOur TV is speaking to us when we do volume changes.We have had this TV for a little over a year and has only started this speaking to us in the last month or so. We have it hooked up through a sound system and need to know how to shut off this speaking function. This is not the same as our voice commands to the TV.

• A:Answer Hi Anon, On the remote, go to main menu -- select "System," then click "Accessibility" and then select "Voice Guide." Make sure it's in the "Off" position. That should take care of the issue.
