QuestionVery often when we turn our 3 months old Samsung on it will show a picture and produce sound. Then, a loud knocking noise, (machine gun type effect) and the sound goes off. The picture on the screen remains but no sound. Are we doing something wrong ?

QuestionThe sound is not good on tv, we have it 50 or so. My husband and I are older and slightly hard of hearing. Is there a setting on tv we need to check?

- Answer No unfortunately there isn't. The speakers are located on the back. You might need to purchase a sound bar(front speaker) to get better sound. Good luck.
