QuestionTrying to connect a new Blu-ray player to this TV. I have one HDMI cable connecting the TV (HDMI IN 1) to the cable box. The second HDMI cable doesn’t fit the slot marked HDMI IN 2 eARC. I’m using an HDMI high-speed cable. Why won’t it fit? Thanks.

- Answer Hi, the picture quality you see will depend on the signal strength of your antennae vs. the quality of your network connection. There are pros and cons to both. The TU7000 Series does not have PIP (or split-screen). Split-screen capability to view two different content side-by-side is available starting from our QLED Q60T Series and up using our Multi View feature. ^Val

QuestionCan Samsung HW-Q60T Sound Bar fit under the Samsung 55 inch series 7 smart tv?

- Answer Hi StolenMerchandise, the 55" TU7000 has 2.8" clearance under the TV when on the stand and the distance between the legs is 37.5". The HW Q60T is 38.6" x 2.3" x 4.1" (WxHxD). The height may be ok, but the legs will not be far enough apart. ^Val
