Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Do you have the One Remote shown in this photo I attached, for the TU8000 series? If not, I apologize for this long-winded explanation that applies to my remote. Its channel selection confused me at first, maybe in the same way as yours. When you push the 1-2-3 button, a line of numbers comes up on the screen. Then you use what Samsung calls the directional wheel -- the round outer circle just below and to the right -- to go left or right and select one channel digit at a time. You use the center button to select each digit. So if you want channel 941 for example, go to 9 and select it, then 4 and select it, and then 1 and select it. When you've selected all the digits, you have to use either the up button or the down button on the directional wheel to go to Done. Then select with the center button again, and it will take you to the channel. Honestly, I've found it easier to use the voice function (microphone button) on this remote. I just say "go to CNN" or whatever and it takes me there.
