I purchased two TV's and brackets for over fireplace. They deliver, set up, haul away, and clean up to perfection. I was overwhelmed at first, they just put in all my info for WiFi, Apple box (Itunes) already included, no box needed anymore, Netflix, Amazon Prime video, nothing they couldn't or didn't address. They asked if I wanted a follow up for questions, or texts. Francis R. , he has answered me several times. Never hesitates, knows Everything! Don't try to do yourself, you'll end up calling Best Buy, and their great, but busy phone lines. Although I ordered entire pkg by phone, and by far the smoothest process I've ever seen.
