• The remote has built-in Alexa and also Google Assistant and Bixby, Samsung's voice app. You can choose one in settings. Alexa doesn't "listen constantly" like other Alexa devices. You have to hold the microphone button down while you talk, and then release it when Alexa's voice responds. Alexa works pretty well, but Google Assistant is better at some things. Bixby, not so much
