I've had no problem with disconnections to the TV from my wifi router, three rooms away. But I had to buy a wifi extender to get a consistent signal to the TV from my iPhone, when using Airplay and Screen Mirroring. I figured that was because of all the devices having to work together. I still sometimes have slow buffering when casting videos or streaming live TV from the phone. Sometimes it takes a couple of tries to get the TV image to full screen. But the trouble usually goes away after a few minutes of connection. I hope this info helps.
