“Does it have download capabilities for new apps on this TV that are not currently stored on it?”

• It basically has it's own internal "Roku" (but not that brand) so you can download channels and what not like a Roku. Except for Peackock TV I was able to download everything on our Roku and almost don't even need a Roku except for Peacock tv (as mentioned.
