from what i read, it can connect to 2 bluetooth devices at a time so would assume that goes for hearing aids too. One thing we found annoying with this TV was that it wouldn't automatically connect to our bluetooth soundbar. Even after paring, we had to use the remote to connect every time the TV was turned on. We took it back and got a Sony and it auto connects.
