A:AnswerHi! Please know, certain components within the TV may temporarily cause clicking or ticking noises, even when powered off. Additionally, occasional creaking, popping, or cracking may be heard due to the expansion or contraction of the materials used to assemble the TV. These sounds do not indicate a product malfunction and the TV is safe to use. ^Patty
A:AnswerHi Bt! Thank you for considering this TV. Because HDMI 2.1 is a complicated spec, we hope that focusing on TV features will be more helpful to you when deciding on the best model for your usage scenario. The 55” AU8000 Crystal UHD TV has 3 HDMI ports, all of which support Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM) and Dynamic Metadata (HDR10+). “HDMI In 2” port further supports eARC. If you are looking for a TV capable of 4K@120fps (FRL), please consider the Q70A Series, which supports “FRL on HDMI In 4”. All 3 of the HDMI ports support HDCP 2.2. ^Tim

A:AnswerI'm returning mine tomorrow for the same reason. Everyone is having the problem. It's poor power supply design. If you can't hear the drip drip, the TV may be fine for you. But if you use it in a quiet room like your bedroom, it will keep you up at night and you have to unplug the TV every time when you're not using it Also very buzzing and hums when there is bright video on the screen. Such a noisy TV.
