Yes the Smarthub is painfully slow to browse with the existing remote setup. I have succesfully connected a handheld multimedia remote to it with a small bluetooth plugged into a USB slot. It was the Lenovo N5902 Enhanced Multimedia Remote to be specific. Purchased it on Amazon for about 50 dollars and it plugged and played immediately. I have tried with another bluetooth device that was an individual full sized mouse and keyboard (made by Rocketfish and typically required setup and synchronization, so they weren't exactly plug and play to begin with) and was unsuccessful in that endeavor. The Lenovo N5902 has been connected and ran on 2 of these exact same 55" Samsung TVs with smart hub and cyclyed through the internet with much better ease than the TV remote. I also now use the Lenovo N5902 for my laptop when it is connected to the TV as well. I would definitely have someone try it as it definitely makes browsing so much less frustrating.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. From the available information, although this model will offer compatibility with a traditional standard USB keyboard and mouse, it will not offer direct support for wireless peripherals. -MrSamsung
