A:AnswerBest Buy's website will typically automatically recommend sound solutions with a new TV. The majority of TVs out there are so thin that they can no longer have a full speaker with a driver in them. Most of them will have what is called a sound coil. These sound coils typically do not get as loud or have as good of sound quality (tone, range, etc.) as an external speaker solution.
A:AnswerThis television processes at 60hz and not 120. Samsung doesn't actually say 120hz but they do claim a motion rate of 120. Not the same. Each company has their own version of how they express refresh rate.
A:AnswerNO! It does not swivel. That's is one of the only negative things about the tv. (Also not a huge fan of the style of the manual volume/channel button on the tv.) The other guy said it does, but mine for sure does not swivel. Look at the side and back pictures on the website, you will see the stand is a solid piece.
A:AnswerHDMI 1 & 2 are 2.0 and HDMI 3 is 2.2 (ARC). Found this site which was helpful in explaining the difference:

A:AnswerI'd call Samsung too, could be a TV setting under set up...try "normal". From my understanding, 4k is more for the future and only available on limited basis.
