“bought 55' Samsung 4K Ultra in December..Like the picture on close shots but picture is fuzzy on wide shots..called cable company and they said I need an enhancer because the cable company isn't setup for 4K yet..Is that an option?”

• I'd call Samsung too, could be a TV setting under set up...try "normal". From my understanding, 4k is more for the future and only available on limited basis.

• The TV upscales automatically to 4K. The input must not be specifying the appropriate resolution so the television can upscale it. Check the picture settings on the Samsung under the expert setting. to see if there is an adjustment that can be made.
