“Why is a sound bar being recommended?”

• Best Buy's website will typically automatically recommend sound solutions with a new TV. The majority of TVs out there are so thin that they can no longer have a full speaker with a driver in them. Most of them will have what is called a sound coil. These sound coils typically do not get as loud or have as good of sound quality (tone, range, etc.) as an external speaker solution.

• Like any smart t.v. the speakers are sub par and usually are on the back of the t.v. so sound is either bouncing off a wall or is headed away from the viewer. I have a sound bar and it works perfectly

• I have this One and it’s an awesome set but the volume is quiet. When we watch movies I sometimes connect my Bluetooth Ion Speaker for louder sound. But I do come from loud Family where kids are running around.
