• Hope you fixed this by now, but my understanding is that you need a certain HDMI chord for it. "2.0" maybe, but don't quote me on that. Also, I have seen stuff on online forums... I'd Google it, although I'm sure you already have

• You have to go to Setting>General>External Device Manager>HDMI Uhd color and choose the hdmi port the ps4 is on, hope this helps
