“How do we get the voice to mute when we change the volume on the tv?”

• I tried using the Xfinity remote to mute the voice when changing the volume on the TV, it will mute but than announces the new volume. I want the whole thing turned off , I don't need a very loud voice announcing the volume number. I love the TV but this voice has to go, how?????

• If you cable box is synced with the TV just use your cable remote to mute the sound.
