Q: QuestionCOSTCO has this same TV and comes with a 5 year warranty. Can Best But match that ?
Asked by Mickeyalice.
- A:Answer Best Buy will match prices for the exact same product. But they will need so verify your source of sell information. I believe there is also another stipulation. Please visit your local Best Buy store for that information. More than likely, they have something to offer you that COSTCO might not be able to offer, like their TOTAL TECH PLAN. Hope that helps.

Q: QuestionWhat is different between "6 series" and "Q60" series.
Asked by James.
- A:Answer Simply put, the Q60 series by far is higher quality. You should check out the difference visually in a Best Buy store. They have both. That is what I did. Seeing is believing. The make up of millions of those quantum dots produce an outstanding picture quality that no one else has. Yes, with Samsung, the Next Big Things is Here. I know I sound like a rep for them and I should be. But when it comes to TV's, they got it on lock. If you look around hard enough what you'll see is, Samsung is often imitated but never and I mean never duplicated. Hope that helps.

Q: Questionwhat is the difference between UHDTV and QLED
Asked by dave54.
- A:Answer QLED (Quantum Dot LED) is just one of several LED types that make them Ultra High Definition. UHD TV's are 4K or 8K which means they have more lines of resolution, 4 thousand or 8 thousand and a fast processor that can keep up. There is a tech website www.cnet.com that can go into more detail about how clear each version of LED is. OLED is the current top of the line with a very bright and crisp picture.

Q: QuestionI just read that in order to download some apps you need to set up an Samsung account. Question, is it free or is there a charge for having an account? The apps that I need are the Apple TV, ESPN and the UFC apps. Thanks
Asked by TL5.
- A:Answer There's no charge for having a Samsung account. But, read the privacy policy carefully. You do have the option to select different options when you agree to the privacy policy. Example: if you're not interested in the Voice Recognition capability (Bixby), don't check that box.
