“Can I get a guide about how to use my Samsung tv to the fullest.I want to know what each app does and how to navigate through all that is offered to me on this tv. I am not technology savvy.”

I found the full manual at this location: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads/?model=N0054558 At the option to download, I did to my computer which has been handy to finding all of the details to fine-tuning this TV. There's also a manual for just the remote. Both are very detailed and should help.

Please try again later.Snickers - You can download the Q60A TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website by clicking "Support" > "Manuals & Software" > "TVs & Home Theater" > "TVs". From there, you can select the Q60A TV under "4K QLED TVs > A Model Lineup" and download the guides you would like. The e-Manual is also embedded into the TV itself under Settings > Support > Open e-Manual. ^Gina
