QuestionAnyone know where the mounting holes are on this TV (i.e. in relation to top or bottom of screen?). I need to install the electrical outlet before I have the TV. I have an EcoGear mount so have all those specifications.

QuestionWhat size is the box that the TV comes in?

- Answer I had the same question before I ordered! The 55" Q80A TV comes in a box that is 57" L x 33" W x 7" D. The box is right in front of me and I just measured it. Keep in mind that you should never transport or carry the box flat, so it has to be able to stand up in your vehicle. I called the Best Buy Customer Service about two weeks ago with the same question. The CS rep told me the dimensions, but also confirmed for me that TVs larger than about 40" have free delivery, so I had it delivered.

QuestionWhy would my QN55Q80AAFXZA turn on and off automatically every 3 seconds with no picture. Just received this TV and completed setup. 10 minutes into watching TV this began to happen?????

- Answer Hi CuriousB - If apps are not working correctly, we recommend first checking for firmware updates on your TV. Go to Home > Settings > Support > Software Update. If you do have the latest firmware, then you can next try a cold boot. There are two ways to cold boot your TV: 1) Using the Remote: For most people, the easiest way is to hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds. 2) Using the Plug: If you do not have the remote, unplug your TV from the wall outlet or surge protector, leave it unplugged for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. For more help, please contact Samsung TV Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. ^Gina
