Questionhow do I use Bluetooth receiver for wired headphones while maintaining lip sync? BT 5.0 latency is 40-100ms. 100 is over 3 frames, way too much; 40 is ok. Is q80 BT 5.0? Better yet, can you recommend an adapter with optical input and a hdphone jack out?

QuestionDoes the Tizen smart platform in the Q80 series include a Globoplay USA app? I know that Samsung has partnered with Globoplay to provide content on their smart platforms but not sure if it's available across all of their platforms.

- Answer Hi Thom! The Globoplay app is not currently available on 2020 Samsung TVs. If you use Sling TV, you may be able to add Globoplay to your Sling plan and stream this channel through the Sling TV app which is available on Samsung TVs. ^Gina

QuestionI can't seem to fix the stutter that occurs when there is a panning scene. I noticed it when watching YouTube TV. Will there be a fix for this? It seems to be a known issue brought up by 2020 Q model owners. I'm tempted to return it.

- Answer 4 M8 screws, 1.24mm pitch and 26-28mm length It is NOT the correct size. The 4 mounting holes are much larger.

QuestionHow do I upscale content to 4k with the q80t 55"? I don't see any options anywhere to set the tv to upscale and my SD content looks so pixelated on this large screen.

- Answer Hi nick - the Q80T will automatically upscale content; there are no settings you will need to activate to make this happen. Samsung 4K QLED TVs utilize Machine Learning Technology, which will continuously improve your picture quality over time. The initial resolution of your content may also depend on how it is upscaled on your Q80T; if it is a very low resolution, the Q80T will upscale to the best of its' ability. ^Gina
