Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am not what you would call tech savvy, but I can only relate the problem I had, so I hope that my response makes sense. The picture was not real clear on some channels, and evidently the problem was Direct TV's inability to transmit 4K on all channels, possibly due to their selective grouping of types of channels.
