I think yes given the chroma test image available on rtings.com rendered in Chrome. Picture of screen rendering the test image with the Belkin HDMI2.1 48Gbps cable and MBP M2 Pro.

Please try again later.I'm on 2023 MBP M2 Pro with Belkin 48Gpbs HDMI 2.1 cable set to 4K HiDPI / 8K native VRR and just quickly looking at the chroma test pattern image the last 2 lines are clear which leads me to believe 4:4:4 works. I'm using SDR and not HDR. Haven't been able to access service menu to fully verify. Images are very crisp and text is very legible. OSX font smoothing was set at level 3 but looked great even at default.
