“How hard is it to hook up to my wifi in the house , my router is located upstairs . It should be able to locate the signal and all i have to do is enter my password correct . Thank you”

when I turned on my TV for the first time during the set up it detected the wifi in my house within seconds. Put in the password and it did the rest.
