- Answer there is a great article i found saying it will work with a mac if you use a display port to usb-c thunderbolt type cable but do not expect 240 as a refresh rate.

- Answer XBOX can't output an Ultra-Wide-Screen format so its kind of useless if you only plan to use Xbox and not a gaming PC. You will be able to use half of the screen (centered in the middle) for great 4k gaming (No competition for this display even when its being used as 4k).

- Answer Deep enough that you are better off mounting this versus using the provided stand. I have a fairly large desk and the stand took up enough room that my next purchase was a desk arm to attach this to.

- Answer No. !!!. Its a Gaming Beast designed monitor (which is a bad decision on my opinion). It doesn't even have a usb-c or thunderbolt connections. If you don't care about best-in-market image quality and gaming, and your main target is productivity, go for the TCL-57R94 or Acer-Predator-Z57. I have both the G9-57 and the TCL-57R94.

QuestionWill this work with a MacBook Air M3 2024? Received a new work laptop to replace my MacBook Pro M1 w/ 1 32” and 2 27” monitors with a docking station using DisplayLink. Essentially want to get rid of the 2 27” monitors and just use the 32 and this one.

- Answer At daytime in a bright room - Yes for sure. On darker lighting conditions OLED has an advantage... but... OLED can't reach the same insane resolution this G9 reaches. For me Miniled is still the better choice. The screen is so bright you don't care about perfect blacks (which you do get for most parts )

- Answer Yes. This monitor can handle it. There is a bit of a trade-off though if you split the screen into two inputs. If you want the highest level of gaming performance, then it is most optimal to just dedicate the whole screen to your gaming session. If you can accept some compromise with your gaming performance, then it works perfectly fine to split the monitor between work and gaming.
