“We have Spectrum service which uses their box to control the TV. Will this TV be the same. We control streaming with a Roku. Not sure if the Smart TV changes this set up?”

We do not have cable so can’t answer the first part. We use a Firestick on our other (nonsmart) tv but do not need it on this tv. If there are things you want to stream that are not available on the tv you could use your Roku to get those.
