Q: QuestionIs this TV smart or not? In the description, it says it is, but in the specifications, where it says Smart Capable, it says "No". In the title it does not say "Smart", either.

• A:Answer You must connect your antenna to tv first then go to settings then broadcasting then auto program. Select start and both air to scan channels. Hope that Helps Denis

Q: QuestionWhy is this TV so much more expensive than others of its size? Even 60 inch brand name tvs are about a 100 dollars cheaper. Am I missing a seriously awesome spec on this???

• A:Answer Probably not but just like anything else you pay for the name of the manufacturer. However, I can say that the Samsung tv I’ve had for probably over 10 years is still going strong and the Vizio I bought died after about 1 1/2. I’m impartial to Samsung TV’s as I’ve never had any issues with them.

• A:Answer guess I will have to answer my own ? , according to info on cnet it has an EPG , electronic program guide , but I've been tricked by this claim before so you won't really know until you get it home and set up, it appears that every question only pertains to internet programs , seems the younger folks don't even know what a antenna is. I suggest staying away from LG , it only lasted 2 years , sony bravia has been good 8 years still working good. going to give Samsung a try. somebody please wish me luck I will most likely need it ,

• A:Answer 60hz you wont find 120hz in any series less than 8000 there are some informative articles about the fake high motion rate claims. with most sets cut that claimed rate in half to arrive at true hz

• A:Answer 120Hz is the "Motion Rate" refresh rate. This isn't the true rate of the display, which is 60Hz. Motion Rate is Samsung's term for faking a higher refresh rate. Most all TV companies do it and have their own name for it, TruMotion, Clear Action, etc. It's somewhat of a gimmick to sell TVs (bigger, prettier number), like car manufacturers advertising horsepower at the engine for their vehicles instead of what they actually put to the ground. There are true 120Hz 4K TVs, but they're on much more expensive models.
