A:Answer There are two HDMI jacks, and an optical output jack. The optical output should be able to be used with a receiver. In the past, with an older Plasma TV, I used optical connectors between my TV and receiver. You should be able to do the same thing with this 4K TV. I am getting ready to set back up my receiver and surround sound, and will be using these optical cords again. I hope this helps.
