The source button is not working on my tv. What to do? null

Hold down the power button on the remote until the tv resets. I think it took about 30 seconds.

Scours button doesn’t let me have tv to set antenna

As someone else suggested, turn the television off, then hold down the power button for a good 30 seconds for it to reset. It worked! Thank you for that suggestion!

I had same problem. I had to call the 800 number for help. They were able to connect to my tv by way of internet. My problem was resolved by the person on the phone.
