• Good day to you as well, MayB! You absolutely can do that! In fact, here is a link (https://bit.ly/3BVYdlW) to the user manual for this model. Page 21 discusses how to use the whole oven in "Single Mode"; and page 22 has details about using "Twin Mode" with the divider. ^Jecca
