- Answer You cannot have the divider in the oven air fryer only works on full oven, so take the divider out turn the knob selector to air fry

QuestionIn what setting can I use the temperature probe? There is nothing in the instructions or online. When I plug in the probe, regardless of what setting I use I get a message that instructs me to use another setting for the temperature probe.

- Answer I’ve just run into the same problem on my flex duo oven… turns out the probe simply can’t function on single mode only… you know… the mode that gets used 98% of the time and was the reason I bought this oven… incredibly disappointing. Makes little sense to me why a probe that can still be plugged in and register as being plugged in while in the upper oven of dual mode would suddenly fail to work. Another Samsung oversight on this oven in a long string of disappointments for this oven. Never again Samsung. Never again.

QuestionAre you able to open the bottom oven door separately? By itself?

- Answer No, the handle does have a finger button where you can open the top have only. Or open fully. We just put what needs to cook longer in bottom, that way opening the top half only doesn't bother it.

QuestionCan the burners be lit manually in a power outage? I’ve always had gas stoves for that reason but the last one I bought won’t light without electricity. Will we need to purchase a trim piece for where the range meets the wall?

QuestionCan an existing owner comment on heat leak between the two ovens? For example, if cooking something at 350 in the upper oven, is cooking time/temp consistent when the lower oven is in use at a higher temp (e.g. 425) versus turned off?

- Answer I have not experienced this. I have experienced the upper in operation increases the resting temp of the lower meaning that 400 on top will cause the lower to raise to between 180 and 210 if it is off. However that is expected because it is still one oven with two chambers vs two separate ovens.

- Answer Yes, it will work with propane gas! You will need to change out the natural gas burner jets for the LPG jets provided with the range. Very easy to do!
