QuestionDoes this range have a built in downdraft meaning I don't need an overhead venting system or a periscoping venting system? If it does, where does venting come out of the back of the range? Also, does this come in propane availability? Thank you

Page 16 shows a diagram of where the oven vents are located. This model also comes with an LP (liquid propane) conversion kit. Samsung does recommend using a licensed professional to perform the conversion. ^Jecca

QuestionWhat can I tell this oven to do via Alexa? Can I preheat? Can I have Alexa notify me when preheat is done? Timer is done? Can I set the temp to warm using Alexa?

QuestionAir fry does not seem to be a choice when using the Knob to choose the mode. I have the air fry setting check marked but I don’t see any other options.

QuestionHello! How do you clean in between the glass on the doors ? When the top door was open, someone removed a pan and liquid dripped between the glass on the lower door.

QuestionNoise from oven when cooking started 2days ago. As oven preheats, it starts to make a LOUD sound like industrial machine straining while idling. At first it’s intermittent, then steady. Stops when oven door opened Unbearable so have to stop cooking

QuestionThe screen has gone out in the top oven so I can't set time, temperature, or date. I unplugged it for 60 seconds and plugged it back in, still nothing. the bottom oven is fine. Have I missed anything? is there something I can do before I call for service

QuestionHow is the depth measured? Is it from the back of the appliance to the front with or without handles? My counter measures 25” deep so I’m curious how much it will extend past that. Thank you!

QuestionI'll be replacing a freestanding range with this slide in. Will the counter need to be modified in order for this range to fit? I read somewhere that a counter will need to modified if replacing a freestanding range with a slide in, is that true?
