“In what setting can I use the temperature probe? There is nothing in the instructions or online. When I plug in the probe, regardless of what setting I use I get a message that instructs me to use another setting for the temperature probe.”

I’ve just run into the same problem on my flex duo oven… turns out the probe simply can’t function on single mode only… you know… the mode that gets used 98% of the time and was the reason I bought this oven… incredibly disappointing. Makes little sense to me why a probe that can still be plugged in and register as being plugged in while in the upper oven of dual mode would suddenly fail to work. Another Samsung oversight on this oven in a long string of disappointments for this oven. Never again Samsung. Never again.
