“How does the ingitor work on the eyes. The stove I have now turns the gas on if you just bump the knobs. About killed us a few times. Need something safer”

Our ignitor on the eyes works good. We haven't had the stove very long. But have not had any problems with it. The only issue we had was with delivery. Twice the stove was bent all the way to the bottom in the back. The third one was finally ok. I not sure why the two was bent the same way.

You need to push in the control knob and then turn it to the Lite position. You will hear a "clicking" sound, indicating the electronic ignition system is working properly. Please see page 17 under the "Ignition" section of the manual for more details.
