• According to their delivery option they won't bring the oven up "We’ll deliver your item and put it in the room of your choice. If the product and its packaging won’t fit through the doorway, there are more than 3 flights of stairs to climb and no functioning elevator, or there’s a risk of damaging walls, we’ll be able to offer doorstep drop-off only."
