QuestionCan this Samsung range oven model be used with propane gas ? I have read most models of Natural Gas can be set to be used with propane gas if changing nipples were gas comes out ?

- Answer It absolutely can! In fact, Samsung currently provides a compatible conversion kit with all of our gas model ranges. We do recommend having a licensed professional perform the conversion as there are many risks associated with gas and propane. ^Jecca

QuestionDoes using the air fryer option use gas? Or is that part strictly electric? We use an air fryer to save on our gas so wondering if this would be the case

- Answer That's a great question, Jennie! This model uses gas (or propane if it has been converted) to heat both the cooktop and the oven compartments. It does also use electricity to run the fan, control panel, and automatic ignitions. This would mean that when using the air fry feature, some gas will be used to create the heat. ^Jecca

QuestionTwo parts- Is it normal for the oven to exhaust extremely hot air over the cooktop and toward the cook while baking? If yes, why is this acceptable? The gas range we're replacing vented some heat upwards, but nothing like this.

QuestionDoes the inside of the oven glass get dirty? My current stove has grease streaks on the inside of the glass and no way to clean the inside glass.

- Answer Hi there VictorG! Most ovens use a double-paneled glass for the door as this helps keep the exterior temperature from getting to hot. Because of this, grease and other airborne particles can become trapped between the glass. I do have this link (https://bit.ly/3zD9tTv) that has information on how to clean this area. ^Jecca

- Answer Excellent question. In general, most standalone air fryers use the same style of settings as an oven, temperature and time. The air fry feature on this model can be set to any temperature between 350°F and 500°F, and does not require preheating before use! - Answer I'm so glad you asked, MichelleM! There are actually two fans in the oven. The internal cooling fan, which helps keep the electronics cool, and the convection fan, which is visible at the back of the oven and circulates heated air for more thorough cooking. The convection fan turns on and off at regular intervals and has a quiet, low humming noise. The cooling fan is not visible, but you will hear it running whenever the electronics get hot, and turn off when the electronics are cool. Either the oven or the cooktop can create enough heat for the cooling fan to come on. ^Jecca

The dimensions I have listed for this model (29 15/16" W x 46 5/16"-47 1/16" (Adjustable) H x 28 11/16" D) include all attached parts of the range, but not any of the needed clearance spacing. For the clearance dimensions, I have this link (https://bit.ly/2UF7Y7L) to the installation manual. Pages 11 and 12 have diagrams showing all dimensions you'll need. ^Jecca
