    • Answer Greetings! No, please note that this particular Samsung range model is not equipped with a convection oven feature. Instead, it comes with a standard conventional oven, which means it does not include a built-in fan to circulate hot air throughout the oven cavity. As a result, the heat is distributed in the traditional manner, rising naturally from the heating elements located at the top and bottom of the oven. This setup is ideal for many everyday baking and roasting tasks, but it does not offer the faster or more even cooking that convection technology can provide. Leo

    • Answer No, Gigi, this range model's default gas setting is Natural Gas; however, it can be converted to LP (Liquid Propane) during installation. For your range to utilize LP gas, the installer must replace the five surface burner orifices and two oven orifices with the provided LP orifice set and reverse the GPR adapter.   • QuestionI have had my stove just a month over a year and now when heating the oven the power goes off by itself and so does the clock. I'm having to disconnect the plug and plug it in again to get it to come back on. I would like to know why is this happening?

  • QuestionHow do I calibrate this oven? I’ve added an internal oven thermometer and noticed the oven is actually 50 degrees hotter than the set cook temperature.

    • Answer Mohsin, the 18k dual burner range, has the child lock feature, 18,000 BTU, Dual Ring, and 5 burners with a total weight of 178 lbs. The integrated griddle range does not have a child lock feature, has only 17,000 BTU, and only 4 burners with a total weight of 169 lbs. Please check these links for more details. Connecting to the SmartControl via the SmartThing feature using your phone is an additional feature that will help you send cooking instructions to your oven, give you energy usage alerts, monitor meal status, and so much more.
