  • QuestionThe oven isn’t preheating correctly…set a temp and 20mins later it’s only warm. Doesn’t get up to set temp. Can shut off and turn on over and over and randomly it will work, but it’s working less and less and it’s not even 4 years old!!

Instead, it comes with a standard conventional oven, which means it does not include a built-in fan to circulate hot air throughout the oven cavity. As a result, the heat is distributed in the traditional manner, rising naturally from the heating elements located at the top and bottom of the oven. This setup is ideal for many everyday baking and roasting tasks, but it does not offer the faster or more even cooking that convection technology can provide. Leo

    • Answer No, Gigi, this range model's default gas setting is Natural Gas; however, it can be converted to LP (Liquid Propane) during installation. For your range to utilize LP gas, the installer must replace the five surface burner orifices and two oven orifices with the provided LP orifice set and reverse the GPR adapter.
