• Dont installers assemble burners? So i can take said burner apart to clean? Is it quick an easy to do so?

• Hi there, I can help you out with your concern. The middle burner component will come off the cook top surface in one piece unlike your other burners coming off in two piece. So, you are able to remove it, but it might not look the same. Still clean the whole thing with warm water and dish detergent and ensure there is no visible debris.
