Front Control Slide-In Gas Convection Range with Air Fry & Wi-Fi, Fingerprint Resistant if this oven has a temperature probe that can be set to automatically turn off when internal food temp is reached. Regarding your concern, this does not have a temperature probe. This oven has Delay Start function; it lets you use the kitchen timer to automatically start and stop another cooking program. You can set Delay Start so that it delays the automatic start of a cooking operation you select by up to 12 hours.
