I am having the same issue (reversed) and resetting using the circuit breaker doesn't help. My range is stuck on LOW for Broil and I cannot change it to high. I used the work-around of creating a "favorite" using the hamburger menu and setting "Broil HIGH" as a "favorite", then as you turn the dial to select cooking function it shows up.... Hope that helps. Also, can we just talk about how the Samsung "rep" didn't even address the issue in their answer and then had the nerve to post the manual as if you don't know how to operate the faulty oven?!?!? lol

Mine worked for several weeks but then did the same thing as yours - smartdial would not change high to low. I found a couple workarounds if you don't want to reset right away: a) you can change it in the smartthings app b) you can create a favorite setting on the front panel to broil low. Almost as convienient as if it were working properly. MAYBE Samsung will fix this and do a firmware update. if they do, I hope the make it so the cook time starts from the completion of preheating instead of from the minute the flame lights, which is stupid, Even better would be if they ignore the layers and un-cripple the smart control on gas models.
