“Does the display show the actual temperature (not the temperature it is set to preheat to) of the oven while it is pre-heating?”

• Excellent question, STLTAB! After you set the desired temperature, the display will start at 150 degrees. Once the internal temperature reaches 150 degrees, it will change to show the current temperature until the set temperature is reached. ^Jecca
