“does this model come with three grates PLUS the griddle? or just two grates and a griddle?”

• Three grates plus the griddle. the griddle sits ON TOP of the middle grate - it does not replace it. The griddle is cast iron (unlike the next model down) and reversible.

• Thanks for asking, rick! According to page 14 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/30iztnf) this model comes with 3 surface burner grates, a griddle, and a wok grate for the cooktop, as well as a flat rack, a broil rack, and an air fry tray for the oven. ^Jecca
