Hi, can this range go directly against the back wall? null

The Installation Manual for this range it says 0" clearance is needed behind and beside unit below cook top so I'm confused by the Samsung Rep's answer.

Hi there, I can answer this. Our Samsung Range will actually need clearance behind the unit therefor you cannot install the unit directly to the wall. Thank you for choosing Samsung. ^Brad
