Hey Ian! This model actually has two different features that can accomplish what you're describing. First, there is the "Cook Time" feature that allows users to set the oven to a set temperature for a set length of time. Once the time has elapsed, the oven will shut off automatically. The other is the "Keep Warm" feature that will keep cooked food warm at lower temperature of just 175 °F (80 °C).
