“On our recently purchased WV60M9900A washer the child lock is on causing us to have to manual change from wash, rinse and spin cycles. I see a lock lit up on the panel, I have no kids, want it to be off as permanently as possible. Help!!”

Press and hold down the temp and rinse button on the display panel at the same time for a few seconds until the child locks are off or on.
