Yes..separate burners....or they work together for the griddle
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. The two griddle burners can be used as normal burners. One burner, if you turn the knob the other way, it turns on the area between the burners so the griddle heats evenly.

According to page 23 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/2Vaf4St) this model has two separate burners on the left side that can be used individually, or with the use of the "bridge" section, can be one long burner for use with a griddle. ^Jecca
