• Great question, johnec4! While this model doesn't have an option to alter the alarm sounds, you do have the option to turn these sounds off entirely. In fact, I can provide this link (https://bit.ly/3n1unrH) to the user manual for this model. Page 37 has instructions on how to turn the sounds on/off. ^Jecca

• No, only modification one can do is the alerts and tones on your phone using your App settings changing the (Smart Things) tone or alerts.
